We are looking for skilled (around 3 to 5 years ideally) Software / Database Developers for a career opportunity that is truly second to none.

They are happy to consider applicants with any software development and database background and will provide training to bring you up to speed with the technology they use currently.
The role itself will be predominantly home based with the expectation that the successful developer will work between 1-2 days in the Glasgow city-centre office each week.
Ideal applicants should have (a strong mix of) skills and experience as follows:
- Around 3+ years of software and/or database development and a passion for software coding.
- Skills or excellent understanding of back-end database design/ development skills. These can be from any database technology eg Oracle, SQL, SQL Server, Open Edge. Typical knowledge should include index fields & tables, manage structure etc.
- A focus on quality driven work.
- A degree or qualification in a Software discipline (Computer Science preferred) would be of benefit.
- Any experience of C#, .NET, or Java development would be an advantage as the role will give you exposure to these too.
- Key to the role is a maturity, independent thinker with the ability and willingness to adapt and learn new development skills.
