AdSearch, Executive Search/Headhunt, Web Recruitment and Psychometric
Testing/Assessment.
Database Search
When looking to recruit a candidate quickly searching ION's database can
offer a quick and effective solution. ION's candidate network is the envy of
its competitors and often it is possible to source candidates utilising this
method.
Advertised Assignment
A targeted advertisement in the appropriate media will maximise our
effectiveness in reaching the relevant candidates that are not on our database,
tapping into the large "passive market" of candidates not actively
job seeking.
Ad Search
This is a combination of techniques incorporating highly targeted Executive
Search and Advertised Assignment.
The search is directed at people with specific talents/skills in specific
organisations or industry segments.
Executive Search
This approach of pure search is used to secure people with rare experience,
skills and attributes.
By the nature of its processes Executive Search is a labour intensive, yet
highly effective means of identifying, attracting and securing the right
candidate shortlist.
Psychometric Testing/Assessments
Where professional testing and appraisal is requested and is appropriate for
short listed candidates, ION Recruiment has the ability to facilitate such
testing.
Web Recruitment
Unless there are certain confidentiality conditions relating to a role, all
vacancies are placed on a range of leading Australian employment websites as
well as ION's own website.
It is policy at ION to ensure that all applications received from website
advertising receive an immediate acknowledgment and that all candidates receive
advice within ten working days regarding the outcome of their application.
