We have been hired to source Senior Project Managers with around 10+ years of experience for a large scale (1300 employees) key European Public Healthcare software provider.
The roles are home office based covering NHS Trusts throughout the UK. You will join a fast moving company as in integral member of their implementation teams. Full training and client investment into bring you up to speed with the company and their products will be given.
These are C-Suite / Board level Senior Project Manager roles offering exciting and rewarding opportunities, managing portfolios of high value complex projects with a selection of Public sector NHS trusts and clients. When hired, you will join and lead and interface with a projects team (6-10 people) implementing complex software solutions into live NHS live environments.
Knowledge, skills, abilities (a strong mix please):
- Prince 2 OR PMP qualified
- Some experience of Oracle NetSuite
- Agile experience
- Strong project leadership skills. Managing people internally and clients externally
- Experience in delivering into multiple sectors would be a benefit. A mix of Public sector, health, banking etc would be ideal however solid project managers from single sectors would be considered
- Some experience in a Software or Technology Vendor would also be of benefit
- Full governance, financial control, and guarding budgets of large scale projects. These projects can take up to 3000 delivery days and 2 years to complete
- Skilled in creating, updating project plans
- Excellent project deliver background. Moving not slipping
- Strong in-depth background in project management and delivery of software or technology solutions
- Used to creating and delivering executive / board-level reports and presentations
- A skilled project manager with the ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects
On offer are salaries from £70,000 to £85,000 plus a car allowance and the usual blu-chip benefits that come from company of their size.
