Our client is seeking a skilled Software Sales Director with a background in working with NHS Trusts/Healthcare.

This is an excellent opportunity to get on board with a company with established and market leading UK roots that has recently gone global.

The successful applicant will cover the South West of England,liaising with and assisting the Customer Services Director, Sales Director and Business Development Directors where required and responsible for leading a team of Account Managers with the full remit of the group’s sales function.

Background required:

  • Established experience in a sales/account management role for at least 7 years with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Comfortable in delivering Presentations to board level.
  • Negotiation & people Networking skills.
  • A detailed understanding of Healthcare IT systems.
  • Software sales, account management, & customer relationship management.
  • Experienced in working with professionals at C-Suite level.
  • Experience in leadership skills and contract knowledge an advantage.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.
  • Product demonstrations/presentations/medical sales background.
  • Ideally educated to Degree or further level education.

The package:

A basic salary of £75k plus a car allowance £5k with an OTE of £60k+
