We are sourcing a Procurement Specialist for a successful Engineering client in Edinburgh.
We are looking for people with detailed knowledge of supply chain management and logistics with around 5 years of purchasing / buying / procurement specialist experience, ideally within a technical/engineering environment.

The successful applicant will be tasked with and should have the following skills and experience:
- Around 5+ years experience in purchasing/procurement, ideally in a technical/engineering environment.
- MRP (planning) or a technical background with planning.
- Main responsibilities: Strategic procurement, day-to-day purchasing, vendor management, managing purchase/supply of goods and services, using ERP systems like SAP.
- Must have: Supply chain management expertise, contract review/management, compliance experience, strong negotiation skills, project management skills.
- Soft skills needed: Communication, networking, relationship building.
